You can hop-on and hop-off as many times as you like aboard this open-top double-decker bus. Two routes are included in the price and your ticket is valid for unlimited travel for 24, 48 or 72 hours.

The service operates year round, even in mid-winter there is an hourly service. In the peak summer months frequencies are every 15 minutes and operate as late as 11pm.

Two hop-on hop-off sightseeing tour routes

Both tours start at Santa Maria Novella (SMN) Station the main railway station for Florence and major transport hub, though you can join the tour at any stop.

Florence City Tour

The entire route takes 1 hour. Buses depart most of the year at least every 30 minutes from each stop, (every 15 minutes between April and November).

This tour takes you around the city of Florence. The buses follow a 16km route that snakes through the city centre with 15 stops, from Santa Maria Novella station to Piazzale Michelangelo.

Though please note, the very centre of Florence where the Duomo, Vecchio Palace and Accademia Gallery are located are pedestrianised, so you will have a 5 minute walk from the nearest stop.

Florence Fiesole Tour

The entire route takes 2 hours. Take this tour to see views of the city of Florence and visit the museums.

A vacation in Florence won't be complete without visiting Fiesole, the famous Etruscan city lying on a hill just 3km away from Florence downtown. Fiesole offers a panoramic view over Florence, but it also gives the opportunity to visit museums, churches or to take country paths ideals for trekking or walking.

Morning half day tour - 3 hours

Greet your guide, then hop inside an air-conditioned coach and travel to Piazzale Michelangelo, a pretty square that offers magnificent panoramas of the city. Continue on to Florence Old Town. On arrival, climb out of your coach and set off on a city walking tour.

Follow your guide along the winding pathways, then come to a stop in Piazza del Duomo.

Take in the glory of the Duomo (Cathedral of Santa Maria dei Fiori), a sight for even the most travel weary visitor to be excited by.

Next, stroll to the Accademia Gallery.
