The Rome hop on, hop off boat service offers a continuous service between April and October. Its a relatively short stretch of river along the River Tiber, the trip takes about an hour to complete a full curcuit. But Rome is a compact city and a a short walk from the piers are many of the main attractions of Rome.

The boat service also offers a welcome break from hectic sightseeing and the crowds and noise of Central rome.
The hop on, hop off boat service is available for 24 hours after first use, with audio guide in several languages (Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, and Japanese).
Boat service is available from 10AM to 7PM during July and August and until 5PM the rest of the year. Frequency at each stop is every 20 minutes from April to the end of October.
First boarding is at Sant'Angelo Bridge, (very close to the Vatican).
