The start and finish of each tour is normally your accommodation in Rome, but can be any two points in Rome or indeed outside Rome including airports and cruise terminals.

If you have not been to Rome before and the relative locations, districts and some of the names are all new to you, the half day tour is an excellent orientation to Rome and lets you have a glimpse of all the main sights plus much more besides.
If you want you can be dropped off at the end of the tour at one of the places you have seen that you wish to spend much more time.

St Peters and the Vatican Museums are of course must see's for any first time visitor to Rome, the queues can be smaller in the afternoon after your tour.
The suggested full day tours provide time to visit nearly all the 'A' list of the major sights. You can easily spend a complete day in the Vatican at St Peters and the Vatican Museums so we suggest two itineraries with and without St Peters for those who want to take their time at the Vatican another day.

The drivers are not professional guides. The driver will speak English and provide a lot of information along the way, plus a paper guide.
If required a professional guide can be provided at a cost of around 40/50 euros, depending on the time and the itinerary.

A formal quotation is made for each customer. If you wish to customise the reference itineraries and tours described here then your custom requirements will be individually priced.
Quotations include all transfer costs and taxes. They do not include admission tickets, meals or professional guiding. A professional guide can be provided at a cost of around 40/50 euros on request.
