An economical door to door alternative to a taxi between Rome Airport and your central Rome hotel is a shared shuttle van that runs frequently between Fiumicino and your Rome accommodation.

The shuttle service operates to/from Rome's Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport (Fiumicino International Airport) and central Rome Hotels, which are located within the railway ring only. (This means nearly all hotels in Rome City).

The shuttle runs every 30 to 40 minutes between 7:45am and 10:15pm, and are available 7 days a week. When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Rome accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed immediately and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

Each traveller is allowed maximum 2 pieces of luggage

On exiting customs/baggage at the airport just must make your way to the Hotel Reservation Consortium Assistance Desk situated at each arrival terminal of Rome's Fiumicino Airport.

The shuttle operates between 7:45am and 10:15pm between the airport and Rome and between 6:30am and 9:00pm the other way.
Travelling from your accommodation to the airport you will be met at your Rome city hotel at the hotel reception lounge.

Note this is a shared service, total journey time will vary according to the number of other hotel drops/pickups for other passengers and of course the traffic conditions.
