Once you have booked your transfer there are no hidden additional charges upon arrival. All flights are monitored, therefore if your flight happens to be delayed, you will simply be booked onto the next available shuttle at no additional cost.
Rome city hotels can be located down narrow cobblestone streets so it's impossible for the shuttle to drive down these sideways. In this case, the shuttle will get you as close to the front of the hotel as possible.
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) will have certain restrictions.
Additional fees will be charged on the day of travel for excess luggage. Baby seats are not available.
